Welcome to Remington Row, a unique community offering diverse housing options: two multistory co-living residences with 13 pod-style units in each building, and a single-family home. The co-living community offers beautiful, modern bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Residents rent a bedroom with an attached private bathroom and share a kitchen and living room with no more than two other individuals. The large studio-like bedrooms feature generously sized private closets and bathrooms, with individual heating and air conditioning controls for each bedroom. The community provides free Wi-Fi, and bedrooms are individually hard-wired, offering various options for cable and internet service. The spacious eat-in kitchen includes a refrigerator and pantry for each private room, and each apartment comes with a washer and dryer. There are two- and three-bedroom apartments available, with bedrooms leased individually.
